OFFICIAL: Ousmane Dembélé wins the 2025 Men’s Ballon d’Or!

The PSG forward took home the accolade ahead of Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal after a stunning season where Luis Enrique’s side did the treble, including winning their first ever Champions League title.

Dembele, 28, scored 35 goals and got 16 assists in 53 games and was also named the Player of the Season in the Champions League.

Meanwhile Yamal, 18, won the Kopa Trophy for Young Player of the Year.

Nine of PSG’s squad from last season were nominated in the 30-man list for the award but the majority could not attend the event due to their rescheduled league game away at Marseille. Dembele is currently injured so he was able to attend the ceremony.

🇫🇷Ousmane Dembele:

◉ 60 games

◉ 37 goals

◉ 15 assists

🏆 Ligue 1

🏆 Coupe de France

🏆 Trophée des Champions

🏆 Champions League

Dembélé is the 6th French player in history to win the #BallonDor after Kopa, Platini (3), Papin, Zidane and Benzema. France thus becomes the nation with the most different players to have won this award, ahead of Italy and Germany (five).
