Explosive Warning from IPOB: Nigeria Faces Cataclysmic Consequences if Nnamdi Kanu’s Detention Turns Deadly!

In a startling declaration, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has issued a stern warning, asserting that Nigeria would plunge into a brutal war if its detained leader, Nnamdi Kanu, were to meet an untimely demise in government custody.

The alarm was sounded through a statement released by IPOB’s media and publicity secretary, Emma Powerful, in response to revelations by Femi Adesina, former Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to former President Muhammadu Buhari.

Recall that, Adesina claimed that Buhari opted for the extradition of Kanu instead of pursuing assassination during a meeting with a delegation of Igbo elders.

Powerful, in the statement, countered Adesina’s narrative, stating, “We assure the Nigerian government that they cannot murder Nnamdi Kanu without consequences that will shake the foundation of their one Nigeria.”

He continued, “Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was not arrested but was kidnapped in Kenya, tortured for eight days, and extraordinarily renditioned to Nigeria by the government of Muhammadu Buhari.”

Despite the Court of Appeal in Abuja acquitting Kanu, the government allegedly refused to abide by the court’s judgment, and the persecution persisted under the current APC government led by Bola Ahmad Tinubu.

IPOB emphasized that Kanu faces no legitimate charges but is being unlawfully detained for championing a Biafra Self-Determination movement’s lawful referendum.

The spokesperson further warned, “Those who will contemplate eliminating him directly or indirectly should be ready for a brutal war.”

In an ominous tone, Powerful stated, “Should they dare, we promise all collaborators and their families that they will equally be eliminated irrespective of their country of residence.”

The IPOB spokesperson urged the Nigerian government to release Kanu and engage in peaceful negotiations for the dissolution of Nigeria.

However, he ominously warned, “In the event that the Nigerian government eliminates our leader, Nigeria will not only violently disintegrate, but the perpetrators and their families will also be eliminated in revenge.”

The statement concluded with a chilling reminder, “We are IPOB, and we are global. IPOB worldwide is under oath to avenge the death of our leader. We shall not forget, and we shall not forgive.”

As tensions escalate, the nation awaits anxiously, bracing for potential repercussions and hoping for a peaceful resolution to the deeply rooted issues at hand.
